In addition, Multidus makes no representation nor do we give any warranty, undertaking or term (either express or implied) as to the condition, quality, performance, accuracy, suitability, fitness for purpose, completeness, or freedom from viruses, Trojans, bombs, time-locks or any other data code or harmful mechanisms (which has the ability to corrupt or affect the operation of the Website or our systems) of the Website content.
    6. Multidus cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information or content published on the Website save where such liability arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Multidus.
    7. Whilst Multidus shall use all reasonable endeavours to respond to any queries/messages posted by Users in the “Queries” box on the Website, Multidus cannot guarantee that it will respond within a specified time period, or at all, and Multidus shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any losses that the User may suffer as a result of Multidus‘ failure to respond timeously, or at all.

    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of South Africa.
    2. Any provision in these Terms and Conditions which is or may become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, with respect to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability and shall be treated pro non scripto and severed from the balance of the Terms and Conditions, without invalidating the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
    3.     4. In the event of any dispute arising between you and Multidus, you consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town (notwithstanding that the quantum in the action or proceedings may otherwise be beyond the monetary jurisdiction of that court).
